Who we are

Victor Quintana and Stephan Bretin cofounded Innovative Janitorial Services, LLC (“Innovative Janitorial”) in 2008, based out of Orange County, California. Prior to their partnership, both were working for a leading national corporation in the janitorial industry as operations managerial colleagues for over six years. Given each of their extensive background in the janitorial industry, and following the buyout of their former employ, the two decided to go into business together. In June 2014, Victor Quintana became the sole owner of Innovative Janitorial, and has demonstrated a matchless ability to provide continuity of excellent janitorial services and accountability.
 For more than a decade, Innovative Janitorial has consistently increased its revenue through acquiring new clients and developing a strong portfolio of reputable clients. This growth is also reflected in the size of its workforce, which now comprises a healthy and robust team in Southern California, spanning Orange County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County, and San Bernardino County. Excellency in service, client retention and client relations are the building blocks of Innovative Janitorial, while client referrals have been the driving factor attributable to its continually growing client portfolio, and is also a testament to the Company’s core competencies.
